Jaira American Tuno is a vibrant Fruit Beer that reimagines the American Pale Ale through the addition of Canarian Tuno Indio. It pours a striking garnet-red with a distinctive pink-tinged, creamy head. The sensory experience is led by a complex aromatic profile where the unique, earthy sweetness of red prickly pear meets bright tropical fruits, peach, and a rustic hint of wild herbs. On the palate, a firm but balanced bitterness provides a structural counterpoint to the smooth malt backbone. Clean floral notes and citrus accents emerge mid-palate, finishing with a lingering, fruit-kissed dryness that belies its medium-full body.
Appearance. Intense red to garnet hue with a slight fruit-induced haze; features a creamy, persistent pink-tinted head with excellent lacing and fine carbonation bubbles.
Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of earthy red prickly pear, peach, and tropical fruit esters; supported by floral and citrus hop notes and a background of wild herbs over a clean, neutral malt base.

Cerveza lupulizada con buen cuerpo. A las características de la clásica IPA, se le incorpora el atrevido color rojizo del tuno indio ( higo chumbo rojo) fruto endémico de las Islas Canarias.
De tonalidad rojiza, de burbuja pequeña y espuma cremosa.
Complejidad en aromas afrutados que recuerdan al tuno así como a otras frutas tropicales y cítricos. Su amargor es intenso pero equilibrado con la malta.
Es una cerveza ideal para acompañar comidas condimentadas y grasas, carnes sazonadas y pescados ahumados. Ideal con comida mexicana, hindú, marroquí, japonesa, etc.
Se recomienda servirla en un vaso tipo “Nonic” o“Pint”.
Ingredientes: agua, malta de cebada, lúpulo, levadura y fruta (tuno indio).
% vol.: 6%
