This traditional Weissbier offers a vibrant sensory journey, beginning with a refreshing effervescence and a classic cloudy, straw-gold hue. The aroma is led by the signature weizen yeast profile, showcasing prominent notes of spicy clove alongside a delicate floral and herbal lift from Perle hops. On the palate, a soft, doughy wheat foundation supports flavors of banana and a distinctive hint of coriander, characteristic of its lively fermentation. Appearance. Pale gold (3-4 SRM) with a prominent, cloudy haze from suspended yeast and wheat. It features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring strong phenolic clove and fruity banana esters. A light, bready and doughy wheat malt character is present, complemented by a subtle floral and spicy hop aroma from the Perle variety.
