Task Manager is a refined expression of the traditional Altbier style, presenting a deep copper hue with brilliant clarity. The sensory experience is defined by a sophisticated interplay between rich, toasted malt notes—reminiscent of baked bread crusts—and a firm, assertive bitterness that ensures a crisp, clean finish. Appearance. Deep amber to deep copper (11–17 SRM); brilliant clarity; thick, creamy, long-lasting off-white head.
Aroma. Moderately-high rich malt intensity featuring toasted bread crusts and nutty grain; low spicy and floral hop character; very clean fermentation profile with negligible esters.
Taste. Initial impression of rich, toasted malt followed by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. Hop flavors are spicy and peppery, complementing the bready malt without dominating. Well-attenuated and dry finish with a clean, lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body; smooth palate; medium to medium-high carbonation; low to no astringency; very light alcohol warmth.
