Aroma. Intense tropical fruit character dominated by Mosaic hops, specifically showing mango, passion fruit, and light blueberry notes. Subdued resinous pine and citrus zest in the background. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness provides a neutral backdrop with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with bold mango and passion fruit notes. Assertive but smooth bitterness. Low to medium-low toasted malt presence from the variety of barley malts used. Clean fermentation with a medium-dry, hop-focused finish and a lingering tropical aftertaste.
