Jaanihanso Hopped Naturel is a vibrant, bone-dry cider that bridges the gap between traditional orchard character and modern craft brewing. The aromatic profile is defined by the bold, resinous pine and tropical passion fruit of Simcoe hops, seamlessly integrated with the rustic, funky esters of a wild yeast fermentation. On the palate, a bracing apple tartness provides a crisp backbone, complemented by flowery hop notes and earthy undertones. This unfiltered, bottle-conditioned cider offers a lively effervescence and a lean, refreshing structure, finishing exceptionally clean with a lingering citrus zest and a hint of wildflower honey.
