Inspired by the iconic theme park dessert, this Wild Specialty Beer offers a vibrant sensory escape. A luscious wave of freshly sliced pineapple dominates the experience, perfectly integrated with rich, creamy vanilla and a soft touch of lactose. This tropical sweetness is beautifully balanced by a bright, refreshing lactic acidity, reminiscent of a crisp wild fermentation. The result is a wonderfully complex profile that mimics a pineapple soft-serve whip while retaining its craft beer soul. Smooth, tart, and deeply aromatic, it dances on the palate with a refreshing yet dessert-like finish.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, vibrant golden-yellow with a soft orange hue, resembling fresh pineapple juice. It supports a frothy, white head that recedes relatively quickly to a thin collar, leaving minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of freshly cut, ripe pineapple dominate the nose. This is layered over a luscious, creamy background of sweet vanilla and a milkshake-like lactose sweetness, accented by a clean, sharp lactic sourness and a faint, rustic wild yeast complexity.
