This traditional Weissbier offers a vibrant South Florida twist on a classic Bavarian staple. A marriage of quintessential weizen yeast and fresh coconut flakes creates a tropical bouquet where prominent banana esters and spicy clove phenols intertwine with creamy, toasted nuttiness. The bready backbone of Pilsner malt and malted wheat provides a soft, doughy foundation for the exotic fruit additions. Effervescent and refreshing, it retains the style’s hallmark fluffy texture while the coconut adds a subtle richness that lingers briefly before a crisp, dry finish. It is a harmonious fusion of Old World technique and sun-drenched coastal influence.

Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM) with a very thick, moussy, long-lasting white head; distinctively hazy with a soft yeast shine.

Aroma. High intensity featuring strong banana esters and moderate clove phenols; moderate bready and doughy wheat malt character is complemented by a pronounced fresh coconut aroma.
