Is/Was Brewing Spandrel

A spandrel is a byproduct of evolution. Something that quietly arises out of some other need but is warmly welcomed when noticed. Brewed with aged hops, unmalted spelt from Janie’s Mill and brettanomyces bruxellensis. Notice notes of overripe peach, honeydew, orchids, freshly mixed bread dough, guava and lovingly restr
