Appearance.Hazy pale gold (6 SRM) with a dense, long-lasting, rocky white head and persistent lacing. Highly effervescent.
Aroma.High intensity. A complex bouquet of fruity esters featuring lemon zest, lychee, and papaya. Notable funk presents as wet hay, musky leather, and a hint of earthy blue cheese. Light grainy malt from raw spelt and a subtle oaky vanillin backbone.
