White IPA 4.6 º 20 IBU
A harmonious Specialty IPA that integrates the character of wheat into a dark, hop-forward profile. The aroma leads with stone fruit and citrus hops, supported by a bready wheat presence and soft toasty notes. Brewed with mineral-rich water from the Fuente en Segures de Benasal, this unfiltered beer offers a deep flavor profile where a pleasant malt sweetness meets a refined bitterness. The palate features restrained chocolate notes and a touch of fruitiness, resulting in a smooth, medium-light experience. It concludes with a clean, slightly off-dry finish that balances its roasted complexity with a refreshing, wheat-driven softness.
Appearance. Dark brown to opaque black color (25-40 SRM). Crowned by a persistent, moderate-sized white to light tan head with fine lacing. The beer is unfiltered, exhibiting a noticeable haze.
Aroma. Moderate intensity; hop character features stone fruit and citrus notes. Malt character is low to moderate, presenting bready wheat and light chocolate or toast notes with a background of caramel sweetness. Clean fermentation profile with light fruity esters.
