InVitro Brewing Ofrenda is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that marries the tartness of a sour ale with the lush, jammy intensity of blueberries and peaches. The appearance is striking, often showing a deep violet or magenta hue derived from the massive fruit additions. On the nose, Mosaic hops amplify the blueberry notes while adding layers of tropical fruit and floral complexity. The palate is a balanced interplay of sharp lactic acidity and the rich, creamy sweetness of oat flakes and unfermented sugars. Mosaic hops contribute a firm, resinous bitterness that provides a structured counterpoint to the velvet-like mouthfeel, finishing with a lingering harmony of stone fruit and forest berries.
Appearance. Deep purple to magenta with a thick, violet-tinted head that shows moderate retention and lacing. Opaque and viscous, reflecting the heavy fruit addition and the presence of oat flakes.
