InVitro Brewing Noir reimagines the classic English Porter by infusing it with aromatic tonka beans and vanilla. This dark brown ale opens with a complex bouquet of marzipan, spice, and floral vanilla, which complements the base of chocolate and biscuit-like malts. The 6% ABV provides a gentle presence that carries the richness of the tonka bean's almond-like notes through to the palate. A subtle addition of lactose softens the roasted edges, creating a luxurious, rounded character.
