On the palate, a sharp but refined lactic acidity meets the tannic structure of the Pinot Noir grapes, offering layers of dark cherry, leather, and seasoned oak. At 8.8% ABV, there is a subtle, integrated warmth that supports the medium body, concluding in a bone-dry, puckering, and elegantly lingering finish.
