Appearance. Straw to light orange (3-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous glow. Thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical bouquet featuring mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of zesty lime and orange peel. Background malt is low, presenting as fresh bread dough or neutral grain. No caramel or toast.
Taste. Explosive tropical hop flavors of guava and stone fruit. Moderate bready malt sweetness provides a foundation for the zesty citrus finish. Bitterness is low to moderate, well-integrated and never sharp. The finish is soft and off-dry with lingering fruit notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body. Medium carbonation. Exceptionally smooth with no hop burn or astringency. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
