Appearance. Luminous bronze (12-14 SRM) with a medium-sized, off-white head. Good persistence with visible lacing. Clear with a very light haze from dry-hopping.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent floral and spicy notes characteristic of Ella hops. Low to medium-low grainy maltiness with hints of light caramel. Clean fermentation profile with very subtle fruity esters.
Taste. Immediate hop-forward impact with intense floral and spice flavors. Low to medium-low grainy malt provides a supportive base with light toasty notes. Medium-high bitterness that is firm but pleasant. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a crisp bite. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency.

NOTA DE CATA: Basatia presenta un color oscuro casi negro, con una espuma gruesa, sedosa y persistente. Se trata de una Imperial Stout de gran cuerpo y cremosidad, en la que destacan notas tanto en nariz como en boca a chocolate negro y café tostado. Final ligeramente seco.
