This Double IPA radiates with a high-intensity hop profile driven by the synergy of Citra, Galaxy, Cryo Pop, and Amarillo. Citra leads with vibrant grapefruit and lime zest, while Galaxy introduces lush passion fruit and peach notes. The addition of Cryo Pop amplifies the tropical fruit and berry depth, supported by Amarillo’s bright orange and floral accents. Beneath this hop saturation lies a clean, neutral malt backbone that provides structure without sweetness. The experience is defined by its crisp, dry finish and a firm, persistent bitterness that highlights the modern, aromatic-forward nature of this collaboration.
Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (6-10 SRM); moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing; slight haze acceptable for the style.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit and lime from Citra, passion fruit and peach from Galaxy, and distinct tropical berry notes from Cryo Pop; very low clean, grainy malt in the background; neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of citrus, orange, and stone fruit; moderately high bitterness that is firm but lacking harshness; low supportive grainy malt character; dry finish with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
