This Hazy IPA is an olfactory explosion, driven by a heavy-handed dry hopping of Strata, Mosaic, and the experimental 09326. It presents an intensely saturated sensory profile that balances resinous hop depth with a lush cornucopia of fruit. Vibrant notes of ripe alphonso mangoes and decadent peach pie filling dominate the palate, while a surprising touch of tart lingonberries provides a bright, acidic edge. Despite its "sketchy" namesake finish, the beer maintains the hallmark soft, pillowy texture of the style, delivering a concentrated tropical experience that showcases the synergy of its modern hop bill against a neutral, supporting malt backdrop.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (SRM 4-5) with a dense, persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacing. The body is opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, free of visible hop particulates or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant notes of ripe alphonso mango and juicy peach. A distinct resinous undertone is complemented by a subtle tart red berry scent. Malt is low and bready-sweet, providing a clean foundation, while fermentation esters are supportive and fruity, typical of the style's expressive yeast.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical mango and sweet peach pie filling. The mid-palate reveals a saturated hop resin character and a hint of tart lingonberry. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and well-integrated. Malt flavors are minimal, appearing as light, grainy sweetness. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste that avoids sharp harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the fruity lift. A very light alcohol warmth is present at 6.7% but remains well-integrated. No harshness or astringency, maintaining a smooth, creamy texture throughout.
