This Wild Specialty Beer presents a decadent sensory profile, headlined by a massive addition of ripe raspberries and a distinctive "3-D" double marshmallow treatment. The experience begins with an intense aromatic bouquet of jammy red fruit and confectionary vanilla sugar. Its appearance is striking, pouring an opaque, vibrant magenta with a dense, pink-tinted head. The palate is a harmonious collision of sharp, tangy acidity from the wild fermentation and the plush, velvety sweetness of the marshmallow. The result is a viscous, smoothie-like texture that lingers with the essence of tart berries and creamy dessert, offering a complex, dessert-forward profile.
