A firm but smooth bitterness provides the classic style structure, leading into a crisp, medium-dry finish that emphasizes its vibrant, hazified springtime character.
Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper color; significantly hazy and opaque with a dense visual texture. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of bright tangelo, fresh peaches, and citrus zest. A faint, sweet meringue-like quality is present, supported by a clean, neutral, and grainy malt background with a lightly fruity fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is juicy and hop-forward. Strong flavors of tangelo and stone fruit dominate the palate. Bitterness is firm and assertive but remains smooth and lacks harshness. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a clean, soft backbone. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and a touch of creamy sweetness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a remarkably soft, creamy, and super dense texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-restrained, with no hop-derived astringency.
