First Person Sipper is a vibrant Hazy IPA that delivers an intense, tropical sensory experience. The signature juice yeast provides a soft foundation for a heavy-handed dry-hopping regime featuring Citra and Mosaic. Expect a rush of overripe mango, bright grapefruit, and pineapple on the nose, leading into a lush, velvety palate. The malt presence is intentionally restrained, offering a neutral, bready support that allows the juicy hop oils to dominate without being overshadowed by bitterness. With its pillow soft texture and a clean, fruit-forward finish, it captures the essence of the modern style while remaining remarkably drinkable.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (5 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a soft shine. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical and citrus notes. Mango, passion fruit, and lime zest are prominent, supported by a subtle, sweet, doughy malt character. Clean fermentation with low fruity esters that complement the hop profile.

Taste. Intensely fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma, specifically tangerine, stone fruit, and berries. Low to medium-low bitterness that is well-integrated and smooth.
