This indulgent Imperial Stout presents a decadent sensory profile centered on its substantial additions of chocolate wafer bars and peanut butter. A deep, midnight black pour is topped by a dense, nitro-poured tan head. The aroma is highly intense, leading with rich milk chocolate, toasted wafers, and creamy peanut butter over a base of roasted malt. On the palate, it delivers a dessert-like experience where layers of cocoa and nutty sweetness meld with a full-bodied, velvety texture. The nitro infusion enhances the luscious mouthfeel, while a gentle 9% alcohol warmth balances the sweetness of the lingering finish.

Appearance. Jet black (SRM 40+) and completely opaque. Features a thick, creamy, long-lasting deep tan head with tight bubbles and fine lacing, characteristic of a nitrogenated pour.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of sweet milk chocolate and toasted wafer cookies are immediately apparent. Strong peanut butter aromatics follow, supported by secondary notes of dark cocoa and a hint of vanilla. Very low earthy hop aroma; no significant fermentation esters.

Taste. Intensely flavored with an initial impression of liquid chocolate candy and peanut butter. Mid-palate reveals toasted grain and wafer-like sweetness. Malt bitterness is moderate but perceived as lower due to high residual sugar, providing just enough structure to prevent a cloying finish. Alcohol is well-integrated, contributing a smooth warmth to the lingering nutty aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a thick, chewy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is low due to the nitro infusion, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Moderate alcohol warmth is present and pleasant, without any harshness.
