This collaboration between Imprint and Drekker delivers a decadent, smoothie-inspired take on a Wild Specialty Beer. A deep, opaque purple pour unleashes intense aromas of jammy blueberry and tart blackberry, layered over a subtle, funk-tinged plum sweetness. The sensory experience is dominated by a rich, wild berry cobbler character, where ripe fruit sugars harmonize with a lactic tartness and a hint of bready malt reminiscent of pastry crust. The mouthfeel is exceptionally thick and creamy, typical of the Chonk and Schmoojee lineages, finishing with a lingering, jam-like sweetness and a gentle, wild-fermented complexity that provides a necessary counterpoint to the heavy fruit load.
