Low-intensity English hops provide a subtle earthy backbone, supporting moderate fruitiness and a gentle sweetness. Despite its initial malty richness, the inclusion of unmalted grain ensures a surprisingly dry, crisp finish. At 5.4% ABV, this amber-hued ale offers a more substantial presence than typical examples, delivering a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a lingering toasty aftertaste.
