This American Stout presents a luxurious sensory experience, dominated by the artisanal integration of real dark chocolate and rich caramel. On the nose, an immediate wave of bittersweet cocoa and buttery toffee greets the senses, supported by the style’s characteristic roasted coffee essence. The palate is profoundly full-bodied and creamy, where the deep roasted malt bitterness is expertly softened by the velvety sweetness of local patisserie ingredients. Taste. Initial impression of rich dark chocolate and bittersweet cocoa. Mid-palate reveals deep caramel sweetness and roasted coffee beans. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, balanced by a slight salty aftertaste that enhances the malt complexity. The finish is moderately dry with a lingering roasted character.
Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and creamy with a velvety texture. Moderate-high carbonation. Smooth alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated, with very low roast-derived astringency.
