This Czech Dark Lager presents a deep mahogany hue with ruby highlights, showcasing a complex malt foundation of Euro Floor Malted Pilsen and Munich Malt. The aroma is defined by toasted bread crusts, subtle cola, and a delicate spicy floral note from traditional Czech Saaz hops. On the palate, the use of debittered Black Malts introduces soft layers of cocoa and sweetened coffee without any acrid roasted harshness. The extended lagering period results in a remarkably clean profile, where a gentle malt sweetness is balanced by a moderate spicy bitterness and light plum-like esters, concluding in a smooth, lingering finish.

Appearance. Dark mahogany to deep garnet color (SRM 25-32); clear with brilliant highlights; large, persistent tan head with creamy texture and dense lacing.
