Solitude of Space is a lush, modern Double India Pale Ale defined by a massive hop profile and a velvety grain bill. The addition of Blond Roasted Oats and heavy wheat creates a soft, pillowy canvas for the vibrant New World hops. Expect an explosion of lime zest and tropical fruit from Motueka, layered with the complex blueberry and earthy pine notes of Lupulin Mosaic. Galaxy adds a sharp punch of passionfruit and peach, resulting in an intensely aromatic experience. This beer balances its 8.7% ABV with a smooth, creamy texture and a controlled bitterness that allows the saturated hop oils to dominate from the first sip to the lingering, fruit-forward finish.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale gold to light orange (SRM 5-7). Features a thick, persistent, creamy off-white head with excellent lacing and an opaque, protein-rich clarity.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passionfruit and peach (Galaxy) and bright lime zest (Motueka). Underlying notes of blueberry and tropical fruit (Mosaic) are supported by a light, bready malt sweetness and a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of citrus, guava, and stone fruit lead the palate. The malt character is soft and supportive, reminiscent of fresh dough and cereal grains. Bitterness is moderate but smooth, providing balance without being harsh. The finish is medium-dry and saturated with lingering tropical hop oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, creamy texture from the heavy use of oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate, and there is a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any hop-derived astringency.
