Neon Fantasy is a lush Double IPA that captures a vivid spectrum of tropical and botanical notes. The inclusion of heavy wheat and oats creates a velvety, opaque foundation for the high-intensity dry hopping of Lupulin Citra, Idaho 7, and experimental Bru-1. Expect a sensory explosion of ripe pineapple and bright citrus, beautifully accented by the herbal zing of lemongrass and the creamy, toasted coconut finish. Appearance. Deep straw to pale gold (6-7 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a large, persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple from Bru-1 and zesty citrus from Lupulin Citra. Lemongrass adds a distinct herbal and lemony top note. Toasted coconut provides a subtle, creamy, and slightly nutty sweet character in the background. Low grainy malt and neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit including pineapple, mango, and grapefruit from Idaho 7. Lemongrass provides a bright, citrusy edge that cuts through the mid-palate.
