This International Pale Lager presents a refreshing, modern interpretation of the style, defined by its crisp, highly attenuated body. The inclusion of rice provides a lean, crackery malt base that allows the specialty additions to shine. Bright, citrusy Yuzu Zest leads the sensory profile, complemented by the elegant, floral aromatics of Jasmine Green Tea sourced from Firsd Tea. These botanical elements integrate seamlessly with a clean fermentation profile and a subtle herbal hop presence. It finishes exceptionally dry and thirst-quenching, balancing delicate citrus acidity with a faint, sophisticated tea-like tannin and a neutral, snappy aftertaste.

Appearance. Pale straw (2-3 SRM); brilliant clarity with high effervescence. Forms a bright white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Initial aromatics of perfumy jasmine and citrusy yuzu zest dominate, layered over a low grainy-malty and slightly sweet rice character. Very low herbal hop notes reside in the background.
