Appearance. Very pale straw (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright, white, frothy head that shows moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Low to moderate intensity. Initial scents of sweet corn and grainy malt from the Floor Malted Pilsen and Irish Torrefied Corn. High notes of fresh lime zest and citrusy Motueka hops dominate the profile. Exceptionally clean fermentation with no detectable esters or diacetyl.
