This Double India Pale Ale delivers an intense, multi-layered hop experience characterized by its saturated fruit profile. A dominant aroma of ripe peach and pineapple stems from the Nectaron and El Dorado hops, supported by the dank, tropical complexity of Mosaic and Azacca. The heavy addition of wheat and oats provides a pillowy, velvety texture that carries flavors of bright orange citrus from Amarillo and a resinous, spicy undertone from Columbus. Despite its 7.9% strength, the beer remains exceptionally smooth, balancing its firm bitterness with a soft, grainy malt backbone and a lingering, juicy stone fruit finish.

Appearance. 4–7 SRM. Hazy to opaque pale gold. Large, dense, creamy white head with excellent persistence and thick, decorative lacing.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of peach, pineapple, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of tangerine, blueberry, and a subtle resinous spice. Low, neutral, doughy malt character in the background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors dominated by nectarine, mango, and citrus zest. Bitterness is high but smooth and rounded, lacking any harshness. Low, supportive malt flavor reminiscent of fresh flour and oats. The finish is medium-dry with a long, fruit-forward aftertaste of tropical fruit and pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and soft texture due to the high protein content from oats and wheat. Moderate carbonation. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being solventy.
