On the nose, Lupulin Mosaic and Lupulin Citra deliver punchy tropical notes, while Motueka and Nelson Sauvin contribute lime zest and crushed white grape. The additions of Simcoe, Sultana, and Columbus provide a grounding layer of resinous pine and ripe pineapple. Despite its 10.2% strength, the finish remains remarkably balanced, showcasing the vibrant, juice-forward characteristics of a modern Double IPA with a lingering, resinous citrus bitterness.
