This massive Double IPA presents an intense sensory experience, defined by its North East heritage and a substantial 12.8% ABV. A heavy foundation of wheat and oats creates a velvety texture that carries a saturated hop profile. High-impact additions of Amarillo, Columbus, and El Dorado provide a base of citrus and resin, while repeated dry-hopping with Mosaic, Azacca, Nectaron, and HBC 630 introduces layers of tropical stone fruit, ripe peach, and complex berry notes. Despite its strength, the aromatics remain bright and fruit-forward, balancing significant alcohol warmth with a plush, creamy mouthfeel and a lingering, resinous finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-12 SRM). Opaque clarity with a significant haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of peach, mango, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of citrus zest and resinous pine. Low grainy-sweet malt character from wheat and oats. Fermentation profile is clean with a noticeable but smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of ripe stone fruit, tropical melon, and citrus. High bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. Low but supportive malt character provides a bready, soft foundation. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste and a clean alcohol flavor.

Mouthfeel. Full body with a smooth, creamy texture from heavy oat and wheat additions. Moderate carbonation. Significant, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being solventy. No hop-derived astringency.
