This celebratory pour presents a bright yellow hue, inviting the senses with a high intensity of tropical fruit aromas. On the palate, a marked citrus profile takes center stage, supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. The intentional addition of wheat and oats transforms the texture, providing a dense, silky mouthfeel that balances the 6.7% alcohol. With its restrained bitterness and refreshing finish, it exemplifies the juicy character of the style, offering a plush and fruit-forward experience that is both full-bodied and approachable.
Appearance. Yellow (3-4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, lacking any visible yeast clumps or hop particulates. Displays a medium, rocky, white head with high retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, specifically notes of mango and passion fruit, coupled with a bright citrus character. A light, grainy, and bready malt character from the wheat and oats is evident in the background. Fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters that complement the hop profile.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and citrus aroma. Low bready malt flavor provides a supportive base. Bitterness is low-moderate and smooth, never harsh or sharp. The finish is off-dry to medium with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silky, dense, and smooth texture due to the addition of wheat and oats. Moderate carbonation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or raw grain harshness.
