This vibrant American Pale Ale captures the Mediterranean sun with a brilliant copper hue and a lush, creamy white foam. The sensory journey is led by a bold tropical hop bouquet, showcasing high-intensity notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright orange, accented by subtle peach and herbal undertones. The foundation of Pale malt and caramelized malt provides a gentle, sweet backbone that balances the initial bitterness, while a small addition of oats lends a smooth, inviting texture. Refreshing citrus and light spicy characters emerge mid-palate, concluding with a long, clean, and crisp finish that perfectly mirrors a warm Ibizan summer.
Appearance. Golden to slightly coppery (approx. 8-10 SRM). Moderately large, creamy white head with good retention and light lacing. Generally clear with a faint, healthy sheen.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits including mango and passion fruit, followed by zesty orange and stone fruit like peach. A secondary herbal and spicy hop layer is supported by a light, sweet caramel and neutral grain malt presence. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Fresh, moderate initial bitterness transitioning into vibrant tropical and citrus hop flavors. A supportive base of Pale malt offers a subtle grainy sweetness, while caramelized malt adds a touch of honeyed depth. Spicy and herbal notes appear late, leading to a long and refreshing finish with a balanced, lingering hop bitterness and dry-to-medium aftertaste.
