This decadent Wild Specialty Beer captures the essence of mango sticky rice with a lush, tropical profile. Intensely aromatic, it leads with the scent of three varieties of drippy mango and creamy coconut, backed by the sweet, floral notes of Madagascar Vanilla beans and a dusting of brown sugar. On the palate, the vibrant mango acidity is softened by rich coconut milk character and a complex warmth from three species of cinnamon. The experience is incredibly plush and dessert-like, balancing tart lactic acidity against a thick, fruity sweetness that lingers long into a smooth, velvety finish.
Appearance. Deep, opaque orange to saturated gold (8–12 SRM) resembling fruit purée; thick, off-white head with moderate retention and heavy lacing due to high fruit solids.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh, ripe mango and toasted coconut; prominent sweet aromatics of Madagascar Vanilla and caramelized brown sugar. A light, spicy cinnamon note and clean, lactic tartness provide depth.
Taste. Initial burst of juicy mango and creamy coconut cream; mid-palate reveals rich Madagascar Vanilla and a subtle, multi-layered spice from three species of cinnamon. Low hop bitterness; sweetness from brown sugar is balanced by a sharp, clean acidity. The finish is long, sweet, and intensely fruity.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a thick, viscous texture; moderate carbonation; creamy and smooth with no alcohol warmth and very low astringency.
