This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, pastry-inspired sour ale designed after an Apricot Couronne. It leads with a saturated stone fruit character of fleshy Apricot and jammy Plum, brightened by a sharp glaze of Orange juice acidity. The fruit profile is countered by the decadent, dessert-like sweetness of Brown Sugar and rich Vanilla beans. A subtle dusting of Cinnamon provides a warm, aromatic spice undertone, while a final addition of Cranberry adds a refined tartness and a whisper of tannin.
