Human People Free Jazz is a masterfully layered Munich Dunkel that showcases the depth of a traditional 15-minute decoction. The grist of Munich malts and Vienna provides a deeply toasted, bready foundation, while Pilsner malt keeps the base crisp. Subtle additions of Chocolate malt and Carafa III introduce elegant hints of cocoa and nuttiness without any harsh roasty astringency. Lengthy lagering results in a remarkably smooth, clean profile where the rich malt sweetness is perfectly balanced by a restrained bitterness. This collaboration highlights a sophisticated interplay of caramel and toffee notes, finishing medium-dry and exceptionally drinkable.
Appearance. Deep mahogany with distinct garnet highlights (SRM 22-26); features a creamy, persistent light tan head with fine lacing and excellent clarity.
