This Hazy IPA presents an aureate opaqueness topped with a thick, meringue-like white foam. The sensory journey begins with an explosive aromatic expanse of drippy mango and peach nectar, accented by a distinct strawberry jam sweetness. A sophisticated hop blend featuring Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Nectaron drives the intense tropical profile. The palate follows suit, offering lush fruit flavors supported by a soft, pillowy texture derived from heavy additions of oats and unmalted wheat. It finishes with a restrained bitterness and a lingering juicy character, delivering an essential, highly drinkable expression of modern hop science.
Appearance. Aureate to light amber (4–6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Features a persistent, rocky white head with excellent lacing and high retention.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical mango, ripe peach, and sweet berry notes reminiscent of strawberry jam. Subtle pine and citrus notes from the Simcoe and Citra emerge in the background. Malt is low and bready, providing a neutral canvas for the massive hop expression without any caramel or toast.
Taste. Explosive stone fruit and tropical flavors lead, mirroring the mango and peach found in the aroma. The Mosaic and Nectaron provide complex layers of berry and passionfruit. Bitterness is low to moderate and soft, never sharp or harsh. The beer finishes off-dry with a lingering juicy fruitiness and a clean, grain-neutral malt presence.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and exceptionally smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Very light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, lacking any astringency, raw starchiness, or hop burn.
