Howling Hops Elani presents as a vibrant Hazy IPA, defined by its soft, pillowy texture and an explosive hop profile. Showcasing Elani hops, the sensory experience is led by a dense bouquet of tropical fruit, specifically sun-ripened pineapple and guava, layered over bright citrus notes of lime zest. A delicate stone fruit undertone, reminiscent of white peach, emerges against a backdrop of clean, bready malt. Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque haze with a characteristic luminous shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring guava, pineapple, and sweet citrus zest. Underlying notes of white peach and apricot. Malt character is low, presenting as fresh white bread or flour. Clean fermentation profile without any harsh alcohol or yeast-derived sulfur.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus hop flavors. Low to medium-low malt flavor, appearing neutral and grainy-sweet. Bitterness is low to medium, perfectly integrated and never sharp. The finish is off-dry and soft, with a lingering stone fruit and tropical aftertaste that remains clean on the palate.
