Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of gooseberry and white grape from the Nelson Sauvin hops, layered over red berry and cherry notes from the Pinot Noir. Significant tropical fruit aromatics of passion fruit and guava, boosted by Phantasm, are balanced by a low, clean, crackery malt and a faint, resinous pine background.
