The nose is an intense bouquet of roasted Coffee and rich Chocolate, punctuated by the tart brightness of Blueberries and the toasted sweetness of Marshmallow. On the palate, a decadent wave of Hazelnuts and buttery Pecans provides a savory depth, harmonizing with creamy Vanilla and charred oak. Despite its potent strength, the finish is a complex, warming marriage of spirit-forward bourbon and dark malt roast, creating a harmonious, full-bodied experience that defines modern barrel-aged craftsmanship.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40+ SRM). A thick, deep mocha-colored head forms but recedes quickly to a thin collar due to high alcohol and adjunct oils. Prominent, viscous legs cling to the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a rich blend of roasted coffee, bittersweet chocolate, and tart blueberries. Bourbon barrel character is prominent, offering notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. Secondary notes of hazelnut and marshmallow provide a dessert-like complexity over dark fruit esters of plum and fig.

Taste. Initial impression is exceptionally rich and sweet. Deep layers of dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans are balanced by a sharp blueberry fruitiness. Mid-palate reveals buttery pecans and toasted hazelnuts, followed by a soft vanilla and marshmallow creaminess. Firm hop bitterness is present but masked by the massive malt body.
