To make it nice and sour, we used Greek yogurt, hops from the US and New Zealand and Andaliman pepper which has an unusual, citrus flavor, perfectly fits the hoppy, sour IPA base. As the first beer of the year, we'd like to sacrifice it to the gods to ask for an even better year that the previous one.
