This American IPA presents a vibrant hop-forward profile, utilizing a global selection of Australian Galaxy, German Hallertau Blanc, and New Zealander Kohatu hops. The result is a layered sensory experience of passion fruit, white grape, and bright citrus zest, underpinned by a delicate resinous pine. While apple puree is utilized to enhance the texture, the flavor profile remains strictly centered on these hops, offering no apple notes. The mouthfeel is exceptionally rich and silky, providing a substantial foundation for the intense tropical aromatics. A clean, grainy malt backbone supports the high bitterness, leading to a refreshing and decidedly crisp finish.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light amber (approx 7-9 SRM) with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit and pineapple from the Galaxy hops, complemented by the white wine and gooseberry character of Hallertau Blanc. Subtle pine and tropical fruit notes from Kohatu emerge over a low, clean, grainy malt background with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Immediate hop-forward impact of grapefruit, tropical stone fruit, and white grape. Medium-high bitterness is well-integrated with a low, clean maltiness. Despite the 'juicy' description, it retains a medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of citrus rind and pine. No adjunct fruit flavors are present, maintaining a professional hop-malt balance.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably rich, creamy, and smooth texture likely enhanced by the puree addition. Moderate carbonation with very light, smooth alcohol warmth. No astringency or harshness.
