Appearance. 3–5 SRM. Light gold to blonde with a subtle pinkish-red hue from the hibiscus. Slightly cloudy with a moderate, fine-beaded white head that shows fair retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced tropical passion fruit dominates, offering a tangy and slightly acidic edge. This is layered with a delicate, rose-like floral perfume from hibiscus. Background notes of bready wheat malt are present, with very low spicy phenols and a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. The initial impression is bright and vivacious, led by the sharp, tangy tartness of passion fruit. The mid-palate reveals a floral roundness from hibiscus, adding a cranberry-like complexity. Malt flavor is low, suggesting soft white bread. Hop bitterness is very low, as the balance is driven by fruit acidity. The finish is notably dry and clean with a lingering tropical zest.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a refreshing, brisk character. Carbonation is moderate-high, enhancing the fruit's vivacity. No alcohol warmth is perceived at this strength. A very slight, pleasant floral astringency from the hibiscus petals adds structure to the finish.
