Raspberry Beret is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that captures the essence of a berry harvest. This collaboration delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a massive addition of Raspberries, Blackcurrant, Redcurrant, and Blackberries. The aroma is a concentrated blast of jammy fruit and creamy Vanilla, which smooths the edges of the wild fermentation's lactic tang. On the palate, the sharp acidity of redcurrants meets the deep, earthy sweetness of blackberries. The texture is unmistakably thick and smoothie-like, finishing with a lingering, sweet-tart fruit purée character that stays balanced despite its decadence.
Appearance. Deep ruby-purple and completely opaque; pours with a thick, frothy pink head that shows poor retention, quickly receding to a stained collar with heavy fruit lacing.
