This Hazy IPA collaboration between Hoppy People and Browar Rockmill presents a lush tropical landscape driven by a heavy-hitting hop blend. The Vista hops contribute soft notes of ripe melon and stone fruit while Galaxy amplifies the intensity with passion fruit and bright peach. A layer of resinous pine and grapefruit zest emerges from the Simcoe additions grounding the vibrant fruit profile. Together these hops create a dense juicy character over a soft bready malt base. Expect a silky mouthfeel and a restrained bitterness that allows the multifaceted hop oils to linger defining this smooth and highly aromatic modern IPA.

Appearance. Deep straw with a glowing orange hue. Opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine and no visible particulates. Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by passion fruit, ripe peach, and sweet melon. Distinct grapefruit zest and a subtle resinous pine note follow. The malt profile is clean and lightly bready, providing a neutral backdrop for the hops.

Taste. A massive wave of tropical fruit flavors including peach and passion fruit leads the palate. The malt flavor is low, contributing a soft, grainy sweetness. Bitterness is low to medium-low and exceptionally smooth. The finish is off-dry and emphasizes lingering hop oils and fruit juice character rather than bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no perceived astringency or harshness, and the alcohol provides only a very light, well-integrated warmth.
