This collaboration between Hoppebräu, True Brew, and HVG reimagines the Hazy IPA through a uniquely continental lens. Brewed exclusively with a diverse portfolio of German hops, this 6.7% ABV beer delivers a lush, velvety texture and a signature juicy profile. The sensory experience is defined by a vibrant interplay between bright tropical fruit notes and a distinctive herbal spiciness characteristic of the premium German hops used. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel carries flavors of stone fruit and citrus, supported by a subtle, grainy malt backbone. It concludes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a smooth, off-dry finish that emphasizes hop depth over harshness.

Appearance. Color is deep straw to light gold (SRM 4-6) with a significant, opaque haze that provides a healthy shine. Topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with very high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward profile featuring ripe peach, mango, and citrus, uniquely layered with a refined spicy and slightly floral character from the German hops. Background malt is clean, bready, and lightly grainy with no caramel notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of tropical stone fruits and citrus. The middle palate reveals a complex spicy and herbal hop character. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft cushion for the hops. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate and never harsh, leading to a smooth, off-dry, and fruit-forward finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, plush, and soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or hop burn is present, though a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable.
