This Double IPA showcases an intense hop profile driven by Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo. The aroma opens with a punch of Citra-forward grapefruit and Mosaic-derived tropical berries, layered with the bright floral and orange zest notes characteristic of Amarillo. On the palate, the high bitterness is clean and sharp, supported by a neutral, grainy malt backbone that never veers into sweetness. The beer finishes dry and resinous, leaving a lingering impression of pine and stone fruit. Despite the strength, the alcohol is well-integrated, providing a smooth warmth that complements the bold, saturated hop character of this vibrant ale.

Appearance. Color ranges from gold to light orange-copper (SRM 8-10); clarity is good with only a slight haze; features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, mango, and blueberry from Mosaic, combined with Citra-driven lime and Amarillo-derived floral and citrus notes. Clean, neutral, grainy malt in the background with a light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of hop flavor mirroring the citrus and tropical aroma profile. High bitterness is firm but not harsh, balanced by a low, clean, soft malt character. Finish is dry with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste. Fermentation is clean with very low esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. No harsh hop-derived astringency is present, though a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is noticeable.
