Softseats is a quintessential Hazy IPA, emphasizing a lush, juicy profile with high drinkability. It features intense aromas of stone fruit and bright citrus, specifically peach and lime, complemented by a distinctive bubblegum ester. The 6.8% ABV is masterfully integrated within a velvety, pillowy texture that defines the style. Expect a massive hop-forward presence without the sharp, aggressive bitterness of a traditional IPA. The sensory focus remains on the interplay between tropical hop oils and a neutral, bready malt base, delivering a refreshing, fruit-forward experience that concludes with a smooth, off-dry softness.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-7 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and sticky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring prominent peach and lime hop character alongside a noticeable bubblegum ester. The malt is low and supportive, offering a clean, grainy, or lightly bready scent without any caramel or toast notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of ripe peach and lime zest with a supporting bubblegum fermentation character. Malt flavor is low and neutral. The bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing restrained and masked by the soft body. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering, juicy hop impression without any harshness or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, velvety, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and remains entirely free of astringency.
