Rose Blanche is a refined Weissbier that honors Bavarian tradition through a labor-intensive decoction mash. This process deepens the character of the malted wheat and Pilsner malt, resulting in a luminous, hazy straw-colored pour crowned by a dense, moussy white head. The aroma is defined by a characteristic balance of sweet banana esters and spicy clove phenols, underscored by a bready, doughy graininess. Its palate follows suit, offering a silky, fluffy texture and light fruitiness that transitions into a crisp, effervescent finish. Low bitterness ensures the focus remains on the yeast-driven complexity and refreshing wheat-forward profile.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (approx. 3-4 SRM) with a characteristically hazy appearance. Features a thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
